• Availability (days of the week and hours; we have shifts from 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm, and 10pm-6am)

• Background in caregiving services (if applicable, though newcomers are welcome!)

• If you have a resume, please paste it into our application form or email it separately 

• References (at least 3)
