Individuals appropriate for the support that A Helping Heart, Inc. provides are those with moderate to severe cognitive delays, developmental disabilites, autism spectrum disorders, medically fragile conditions, severe emotional disturbace, physical disabilites, or mental health needs.

AXIS II: Borderline Intellectual Functioning, Intellectual Disability, Emerging traits of Antisocial Personality Disorder and/or Borderline Personality Disorder
